Team Leader: Eastern Europe Roads Project

Roughton International is currently looking for an Experienced Team Leader/Project Manager for a long term/full time project in Eastern Europe. The requirements for the role are detailed below:

• 20+ year’s professional experience
• 10+ year’s international experience including IFI-funded projects; 
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar field;
• Membership of a relevant professional institution;
• Fluent in English language; and
• Good Regional Experience in Eastern Europe.

The ideal candidate must also have extensive experience of construction supervision under FIDIC (Red & Yellow Books) Conditions in highway and bridge engineering projects and knowledge of the following:

• Assessment of feasibility studies;
• Review of engineering designs;
• Traffic safety and safety auditing of road schemes;
• Contract management on multiple construction contracts; and  
• EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules.
