Roughton International will provide Consultancy Services for Technical Assistance to the Project Implementation Management Team of JP Ceste FBiH (Roads Authority of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina) for the EIB/IBRD funded 'Modernization of Roads in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina' project.
The road modernization project contains many small to medium investments to the main road network in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina including construction of new road sections, pavement reconstruction/rehabilitation and axis corrections, elimination of accident 'black spots' and reconstruction/rehabilitation of bridges and tunnels.
The overall objective is to assist the PIMT during the procurement of works contracts, consulting services contracts and goods in accordance with procurement procedures of the Banks and to assist with the ongoing project implementation, management and monitoring.
Roughton will ensure that suitable control and organizational systems are put in place to enable effective management of the Project. In particular in relation to project management, claims management, environmental and social safeguards, liaison with supervising consultants and responsible representatives of the PIMT.
