ROUGHTON ARE DELIGHTED TO ANNOUCE OUR NEW MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE

Edin Begovic has been Regional Manager for Eastern Europe & MENA and has successfully grown the business in Eastern Europe since he originally joined as Regional Representative in 2006.

He has a background in structural engineering and came to Roughton with several years of international experience, including five years running a small family engineering consultancy in Montenegro.

Edin will now become our Chief Executive Officer and will work alongside Ramsey Neseyif, the Chief Operating Officer.

Ramsey Neseyif become Chief Operating Officer in May 2017 and has been a key member of the senior management team since 2011, Ramsey has over 25 years of worldwide project experience, with a particular emphasis on commercial risk. He thrives on the challenges of achieving value for money for clients through innovation, improving processes and commercial procedures to promote professional integrity and business ethics throughout the organisation.

Roughton’s traditional regional business model is also in the process of change in order to capitalise more effectively on the extensive expertise of its Regional Managers and Directors.

Stephen Kimmett is a Board Director for Roughton Group and Roughton International Ltd and will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer for Roughton Group. Stephen was employed as the company's first full-time Finance Director. He joined Roughton in 2012, bringing over 30 years of industry experience with him. He will be concentrating on development of new UKEF projects throughout the developing world.

With the combination of MGC support and an experienced and dedicated management team, Roughton has a solid platform and can confidently look forward to future growth.
