Client: Federal Ministry of Works

The project was the construction of the 2nd Niger Bridge including 35km bypass road linking Anambra and Delta States through a concession under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) scheme on a Design, Build, Finance and Operate basis.

Roughton was commissioned to provide the Federal Ministry of Works with transaction advisory services, including:

• Viability assessment
• Submission of an outline business case
• Environmental and social impact assessment
• Evaluation of outline design
• Preparation of concession request for proposal
• Management of the procurement process for the works
