Client: Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust
Following the construction of a new hospital in the Portsmouth area, the St Mary's site was deemed as redundant. As such the sie was cleared and sold on to re-capitalise.
The site clearance involved the phased removal of asbestos, decommissioning and demolition of buildings. The site is located in the coastal/industrial area of Fratton in Portsmouth and covers approximately 70,000 square metres.
