We require a variety of road inventory and condition survey experts, including an experienced Team Leader with:
University Degree, Civil Engineering
15 years experience in Highway Engineering
5 years experience as Team Leader in Transport Sector Study
Must be Registered Engineers Board of Kenya (or equivalent)
Experience in road inventory and condition survey in developing country
Conversant in road condition ratings, roughness, pavement strength
