Greenville - Zwedru paved road construction feasibility study, Liberia

Client: Putu Iron Ore Mining Inc

The Greenville - Zwedru road was a 185km long gravel road that forms part of the primary road network, linking the district capitals of Zwedru in Grand Gedeh County and Greenville located in Sinoe County. It traverses a predominantly forested area with approximately 65 towns and villages along the route. The objective is re-open the corridor between the capitals to develop the mining potential for gold, timber and palm oil, as well as ensuring the effective delivery of social services such as healthcare and education. It would also facilitate the development of the Port of Greenville and enable increased trading with Ivory Coast.
