The objective of the project was to refurbish Benbow, Raleigh, Drake and Collingwood houses at Her Majesty’s Young Offenders Institution Portland.
Roughton was appointed as project manager and site supervisor, carrying out the following:
- Project management including - financial, quality, progress monitoring and reporting throughout the planning stage and the construction period, and continuous management of the maintenance period
- Site Supervision of building, civil engineering and mechanical and electrical works through the provision of a site based Assistant Project Manager, site based Building and Civil Engineering Clerk of Works, and a site based Mechanical and Electrical Clerk of Work
