Client: European Commission Delegation in Madagascar
This was a project financed by the European Union to support the Government of Madagascar in the undertaking of Policy reform in the transport sector in general, and the road sector in particular.
Roughton was appointed to provide technical assistance to the Secretary General of the Road Maintenance Fund.
