Client: Frontier Highways Authority

The main objectives of the upgrade project were to widen, improve geometry and drainage, pavement strengthening, and road safety of 142km of provincial highways. The works were procured under the ADB standard documents for ICB contracts and used FIDIC conditions of contract.
