Roughton was commissioned to undertake a series of surveys, principal inspections and structural assessments of various structures as a precursor to the development of scope for the Tubelines Railway SMEP. The activities took place at; Alperton, Brent Cross, Burnt Oak, Camden Town, Dollis Hill, Heathrow T4, Highgate, Leicester Square and Park Royal stations.
