The complex contains administrative offices, a computerised operations centre, detention cells, lecture theatre, rank and file club, officers club, cafeteria, dormitory for 300, recreation grounds, kitchen, dining hall, mosque, covered car parks, helicopter pad, workshops and driving school. Great emphasis was given to public accessibility combined with security so that members of the public have easy access but are barred from secure areas, particularly the Control Room.
