Project

The project involved providing management soft skill training to selected employees within the Railway Property Management Company.

Roughton provided the following training courses which were held over five days on each programme in Kaduna, Enugu and Abuja:

• Office administration and record keeping
• Estate management, law, marketing and negotiation
• Project management, leadership, procurement, ICT and public relations
