The transport sector has been at the heart of Roughton’s operations for over 50 years. In the past 20 years we have been appointed by more than 50 national transport authorities and ministries on over 350 transport projects.
Roughton has been providing consultancy services to rural and low volume road projects since the 1950s.
We take every opportunity to utilise locally available materials and labour resources. Our intention is, where possible, to educate, providing a long-term legacy for locals in terms of new skills and the ability to implement simple maintenance and management strategies to keep their own road networks open all year round.
